With three brothers, life on the farm was full of adventure, fun and the occasional trouble.

It was here I first learnt to cook…. aged 10, on the old AGA, my job was cooking huge three course meals for 12 hungry sheep shearers during shearing season – and I loved it …

Our big sausage rolls, salads, banana bread, lamingtons, parmas, chocolate eclairs, passionfruit vanilla slices, nut loaves, yo-yos… they were all born out of Freeman family recipes here on this farm…  Prue x
