(14/100) Pinky’s first gig

Silver leggings and matching high tops, candied bacon, dulce de leche, mountains of homemade rocky road and a giant cow costume: we were off to our first street food gig care of Richard Johnson in Bristol (What a legend, giving us our start).⁣ ⁣ ⁣

By most accounts: it was a disaster.⁣ ⁣The brand new “fro-yo” machine couldn’t handle the pace, we misjudged all the demand and “Pinky” Green had her first (of many) recoveries from the AA.⁣ ⁣⁣Despite this we were buzzing and the Builders Choice for the One Show were filming that weekend. Girls and boys, you can’t beat silver leggings.

Next stop was the Isle of Wight festival and we couldn’t wait for a hot British summer...
