First came ‘Daisy’ and then came ‘Wander’! It was 2012 and street food was gaining speed - festival operators and customers wanted quality, London street food markets were pumping and big London landlords were starting to take notice.⁣

⁣’Wander’ came in the form of a second vintage van - a 1972 Bedford classic, and this time the van actually worked.⁣
⁣
⁣She was destined for our first permanent location in Cardinal Place (Victoria) thanks to @atcherd and @landsecgroup - just around the corner from our gorgeous Timmy Green!⁣

⁣I remember so fondly all the lovely actors from @wickeduk who were our regulars. In those days, the baking was taking place at home and it was really 24/7.⁣

⁣We sold this amazing fresh yogurt from a small farm in Wales alongside home baked toppings like our banana bread, chocolate brownies and rocky road. We even did a candied bacon for the sweet and savoury effect.⁣

⁣We quickly discovered that many venues wouldn’t accept vans - so along came our bikes...
