⁣Launch Day ; April 2013 - the launch of our first home, 12 months after our first street food adventure. The dream had arrived, a beautiful quaint location to serve the coffee and brunch that I so missed from Aus. And literally one road away from where I was living.⁣

⁣We have always loved these images of the party full of friends and locals whose support has been so amazing over the years (now more than ever).⁣
⁣
⁣It was a great party complete with “Pinky” Green parked outside serving frozen yogurt, DJ Sergio on the decks, lots of champagne (including a Balthazar of Veuve Cliquot), juicy lamb cutlets by the dozen, friends and family and all of the local Portman Village residents. It felt amazing to put down some roots and start to build our fantastic loyal customer base.⁣

⁣The Daisy Green launch parties would become famous over the next few years - each site had one to mark the hugely important and fun milestone for us, our team and our new community.
