A big shout out to @Shubyart today - a truly great British street artist with a shared passion for bananas. Shuby’s iconic and tongue in cheek, “Your Banana Needs You” slogan and motif have become one of her naughty but innocent calling cards, instantly recognizable and intrinsically humorous. And we just can’t get enough!⁣

⁣@Shubyart has pasted her collaged posters in many destinations around the world from busy cities like New York, London, Paris and Sydney to abandoned worlds of Doel, Belgium and even the Teufelsberg spy station in Berlin. Very cool.⁣

⁣Since working together on the ‘resurrection’ of our decrepit vaults at Daisy Green, Shuby has been involved in every one of our sites, creating original, unique and bespoke art for each venue. We love her for the humour, irony and colour that naturally flows through her work and into the lives of our loyal customers who visit us every day and can’t help but feel uplifted by her presence. She even came to our wedding in Sydney!⁣

⁣She is a can do woman, working with us to create six huge 12 foot x 8 foot commissions (for Beany Green in Regents Place), she designed our first limited edition compostable coffee cups, created the iconic deckchairs which sit outside many of our sites and even took on the design of our original shipping container on the Southbank.⁣
