This is my hometown - where I went to school (@ballaratclarendoncollege), where they found a huge amount of gold in the 1850’s (@sovereignHill) and where @mars.anz confectionary had their chocolate factory.
Mars was (and is) a big deal… families, fortunes and friendships from around the world are made at Mars… And so was our famous Mars Bar cheesecake!!! 

We’re sharing the original recipe for you to enjoy at home later today… Who is your Mars connection? Thinking back to the good old days with the Becks, a lot of this Mars Bar cheesecake at Gee Cees and to @kquinna13 who’s almost running the show there now…
